This week on the Everyone's A Critic Movie Review Podcast, Movies about Missing People. In honor of the release of the new thriller Missing, Sean and Jeff watched Missing along with Megan is Missing, and Night Moves. We also discussed the Oscars, Sean's hatred of Blonde, Jeff's anger over Mia Goth not being nominated and their equally confused take on how All Quiet on the Western Front became an Oscar frontrunner.

New Movies:

Missing - When her mother disappears while on vacation in Colombia with her new boyfriend, June's search for answers is hindered by international red tape. Stuck thousands of miles away in Los Angeles, June creatively uses all the latest technology at her fingertips to try and find her before it's too late. However, as she digs ever deeper, her digital sleuthing soon raises more questions than answers.


Megan is Missing - A teenager mysteriously disappears without a trace after meeting someone she had been talking to online.

Night Moves - Hard-nosed private investigator Harry Moseby (Gene Hackman), to distract himself from a rapidly deteriorating marriage, takes a case from an aging B-movie queen (Janet Ward) to locate her runaway daughter, Delly (Melanie Griffith). His search takes him to the Florida Keys, where the girl has been hiding out with her stepfather, Tom (John Crawford), and Tom's lover, Paula (Jennifer Warren). Harry initiates an affair with Paula and soon learns the case is more complex than he first assessed it.
